High Low Temperature Micro Positioning Stage (working temperature range from --196℃ to +200℃)

Motorized vacuum positioning stage use high low temperature motor which working temperature is -196℃ to +200℃. 

All of mechanical parts use specified imported high low temperature low-volatility lubricating grease, which not outgas too much.

Production Features:

Material: The main structure use stainless steel or aluminum.

Driver Structure: Use specified stainless rail guide or worm gear, after ungreased treatment smear specified high low temperature lubricating grease.

Ball Screw: After ungreased treatment smear specified high low temperature lubricating grease

Motor: Use high low temperature motor

Bearing: Low temperature resistant ceramic bearing
